I got some more spray paint today so I can start work on painting the tank crews for the medusa and salamander, also I got the Empire engineer with a mechanical horse so I can start work on Mogul Kamir's (I'll think of a suitably Praetorian name soon...) horse!
Gorgeous! I really love the weathering you've done, it's something that I am just terrified to try on my own models, but it just looks spectacular - Keep up the great work!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to try and make a tutorial for my weathering and battle damage in the next couple of days (I got more spraypaint so the Salamander will be the model!), it really is very simple so you would have no problems!
ReplyDeleteI think it looks great. My only complaint (and it's a small one) is the lack of weathering on the red and white areas. The tan areas have so much more variety to them overall and the red and white are missing that.
ReplyDeleteI don't know if it's weathering, shading or the pics. But they flatten out just a bit to me. Enough that it catches my eye. All in all though, very nice model.
